Ordering and delivery charges

Placing an order with us is easy, just add the items you would like to the cart and go through the checkout process as normal and we will be sent your order request which we will then assess and process.

No payment is taken until we have assed the suitability of order and contacted you with all the information.

Delivery charges

Due to many variables delivery charges need to be calculated per order, this is due to many factors such as order quantities, product type, location and viability.

This will be calculated after your order request is sent to us, we will notify you of this charge and what the total including delivery is, if you are not happy at any point there is absolutely no obligation to continue with the order.

We think this is the fairest way to calculate delivery charges otherwise we would end up having to charging a high flat rate fee to everyone based on a worse case scenario.

Please note we only deliver to Crowborough and surrounding areas.

Any orders placed outside of our delivery area will unfortunately have to be cancelled, but we will notify you of this and where possible will offer advice on where you might be to order from closer to you.
